Current Issue
This Issue presents five original articles that reflect the journal’s commitment to disseminating community service practices, educational innovation, and human resource development. This issue covers diverse themes, including career guidance, pedagogical mentoring, resilience development, principal leadership, and artificial intelligence integration in learning media. The first article discusses the development of excellence in Sugihwaras Village through patchwork craft training as a form of career guidance. The second article highlights collaborative mentoring to strengthen pedagogical competence at SMP Negeri 11 Ambon. The third article examines resilience as an essential factor in shaping strong and adaptive individuals. The fourth article focuses on improving teacher competence at SD Negeri 002 Lubuk Baja, Batam City, through the role of principal leadership. The fifth article explores training on artificial intelligence integration to support the creation of innovative learning media.
